Getting started just takes a few minutes: ask Oz for real work, start with a document you know and review what comes back. Mention @Oz and say what you’re working on, and it will suggest where to begin.
What are good first tasks?
Summarize a document you know well, so you can judge the quality
Extract key terms, dates, or figures into a table
Compare two versions of a document
Draft a first-pass memo or email from your notes
Research a regulatory or market question
How do I get the best results?
Be specific. Say what you want, who it is for, and the format you need.
Give it the material. Attach the relevant documents instead of describing them.
Ask for the finished product. For example, request “a two-page memo” rather than a quick answer. Faradex is built to deliver finished work.
Iterate. If the first draft isn’t right, say what to change.
Review everything. A qualified professional should check AI output before it is relied on or shared.
What should I keep in mind?
Save your outputs. Files are cleared when the Workspace is reset or restarted. Download what you need to keep.
Use Conversations. Separate strands of work into their own Conversations so that topics stay focused.
Keep sensitive work inside Faradex. If you use a messaging connector, only send non-sensitive work through it.
FAQ
Does Oz respond to every message? No. Oz responds when you mention @Oz.
Can my colleagues see my conversations with Oz? Yes. Workspace members share the Workspace’s Conversations, so treat them as shared team spaces.
What if Oz stops responding? Your Workspace may have used up its Monthly Allotment of AI Usage Credits, along with any Top-Up Credits your firm bought in the Faradex Dashboard. Top-Up Credits are shared across all of your firm’s Workspaces. Ask your administrator to buy more Top-Up Credits.
